This award honors a campaign, original content or initiative that promotes and protects the rights and freedoms of all individuals and groups. Human rights include freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education. Entry should describe how the work exercises universal respect for the basic rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status.
