On Creativity is a SCAD original interview series featuring conversations with visionaries in the world of art, design, and entertainment, facilitated by SCAD President and Founder Paula Wallace. Each episode ranges from an appetizing 7 minutes, to a more in-depth 18 minutes.
On Creativity is produced in studio at SCAD Savannah and SCAD Atlanta. Through this series, the world’s foremost luminaries in art and design unveil their creative processes, and share tips and anecdotes that inspire faculty, students, and all creatives. Each interview is supported by weeks of preparatory research and strategy. Collaborative meetings are conducted to hone talking points that engage our guests to share the most valuable content for our faculty and student body. Our post-production and editing process is a detailed, multi-layered team deliverable, which includes extensive fact-checking and bolstered by SCAD’s own gorgeous original b-roll.
For most guests of On Creativity, the sit-down interview is the pièce de résistance after time spent with students and faculty on campus; some after conducting professional master classes, others after visiting SCAD classrooms and participating in critique sessions. On Creativity has hosted a long roster of luminaries and experts from several different industries, and SCAD students and faculty benefit greatly from their direct insight.
