Objective

In his Indianness podcast, host Sanjay Puri explores the unique experiences of Indian-American professionals on their journeys to success. He introduces his audience to top corporate leaders in the United States and worldwide who have leveraged their Indianness to achieve pinnacle leadership positions and shape winning organizational cultures.

In bringing these inspirational and compelling stories forward, Sanjay aims to build a connected, engaged, and supportive community that can generate growth opportunities (professional and personal) for aspiring and emerging leaders of all nationalities in all countries.

Strategy

• We have invested and will continue to invest in leading-edge strategies, follow industry best practices, and provide continuous support to achieve the best possible version of the podcast as we strengthen our partnership with Content Allies.
• We are proactively building and uplifting the Indian-American community through Indianness, taking all necessary steps to achieve:
  • Detailed discussions with key community contributors
  • A robust community presence by hiring and investing in a Director of Community
• Having successfully navigated the podcast from conception to the marketplace, the Indianness team understands the social impact of the content and its potential for building a sustainable American-Indian ecosystem.

Results

Indianness has reached 1.02K subscribers on YouTube, 3250 downloads on Spotify, 1306 on Apple, and 1948 via CoHost. We continue to hold space for Indian-American leaders with compelling and inspiring stories who share our core values and community vision, particularly younger Indian Americans. These leaders' legacies are accessible to people of all backgrounds who embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and wish to learn more about the Indian-American experience.
