The ominous journey began when Ignition launched a multi-platform campaign to explore the dangerous mind of a serial killer. With a haunting website that paralleled the visually arresting social content, we catapulted fans into a visceral experience and triggered complex layers of fear.

Strategy and Execution

To build a campaign that stayed true to The Snowman, Ignition paralleled the tension and fear of the story through unsettling statistics, ominous warning, and disturbing concepts. These visual and auditory experiences teased the horrors of The Snowman killer's crimes and excited fans to purchase movie tickets and uncover the mystery behind his motives.
